How does DoctorMatch work?

Individuals who have an interest in a specific surgical procedure enter their personal information into the secure and private DoctorMatch database. Their information is then emailed to the doctors they choose, based on location, price range and availability, for review. Upon receiving this information, doctors opt to contact the prospective patient contingent on positive surgical candidacy requirements.

How much does it cost to use DoctorMatch?

The best part about using DoctorMatch services is that it's FREE!

When will the doctors contact me?

Once your contact information is sent to the doctors, you should receive responses from the doctors you choose within 3 to 5 business days. However, in some very busy practices, the response time may be up to 10-12 business days.

Will my information only go to the doctors I choose?

Yes. Only the doctors which you have selected will receive your contact information and all other information is kept private and confidential.

What do you do with my information once a doctor replies to me?

Once doctors begin to contact you, your contact information is saved in the secure DoctorMatch database. The information is only used for aggregate reporting to help DoctorMatch improve it's services. Your personal identifiable information is not shared with any third parties.

What if I do not receive any doctor responses?

If a doctor chooses not to contact you then you will receive an email from DoctorMatch explaining the reason why and we'll send you a list of additional doctors who may match you. You may also try to contact the doctor yourself for further explanation, should you so desire.
